BackYard Habitat Winner - This contest challenged garden clubs to register at least 5 new backyard wildlife habitats in their area. South Carolina registered 87 new habitats as a result. Of all the clubs who entered at least 5, the chair drew a random winner for a $300 prize.

- Landscape Design Consultants Award - Sponsored and funded by the Landscape Design Consultants. Given to federated clubs for a project featuring a landscaped area. $50 to First Place Winners.
